| | There now have been two reported incidents un which a Maytag gas oven (magic Chef). Have seemingly “turned themselves on” to the high temperature level spontaneously.
Further investigation appears to indicate that the oven turned on as a result of a PDA nearby that began to “ring”. One incident was reported in Riverdale (NYC) and the other in Brooklyn, NY.
It may continue to give some respect to avoiding the term” I have eliminated all possible sources of ignition EXCEPT…..” | |
